My account


How do I set up an account? 
Create a new account by selecting ‘Register’ and completing the requested information. You will receive an email notification once your account has been approved and are then able to order products. 

What type of account do I need? 

Go Construct STEM Ambassador - This account is for registered Go Construct STEM Ambassadors and contains exclusive products only available to approved Ambassadors. 

STEM Delivery Partner - This account is for employees of STEM Learning Delivery Partners only. 

CITB Colleague - This account is for employees of CITB only. 

If you are unsure of the type of account you need, please contact us for support. 

How do I change my account information? 
You can change some of your contract details, address and password in ‘Account Details’ within your ‘My Account’ dashboard. If you need to change your email address please contact us directly. 

 

My orders


How can I order digital products? 
When ordering digital products, you will receive an order confirmation email and links to the digital products are found within it. Click the links to access the product, you can also save these directly to your computer. 

I've accidentally deleted my digital product, what do I do now? 
You can place a new order for a digital product as many times as you need to.

 

Can I see all of my previous orders?

The Go Construct Shop provides a full view of orders placed on your account. This information is located within your ‘My Account’ dashboard under the ‘My Order History’ section.

 

Do I need to pay any money?

No, this service and the products are provided to you free of charge.

 

What if the product I want isn't in stock?

Our products are managed on a first come, first served basis, with maximum quantities in place to ensure fair access. If a product is listed as out of stock, you can sign up to receive an email notification to let you know when it's available again.

 

Why can't I order as many of a product as I like?

To ensure fair access for all users and support sustainability, we've set maximum order quantities for most products. Please only order what you need.

 

Why can't I see any Rewards?

The Rewards Programme is only available to Go Construct STEM Ambassadors. If you think you should have access but don't, please contact us and we will check your account type for you.

 

 

Delivery options

 

What are your standard delivery terms?

All standard deliveries within the UK are free of charge, and we aim to deliver orders within 10 working days.

 

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to all four nations of the United Kingdom: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Currently products are not available to order for delivery to international locations.

 

Can I track my delivery?

The orders are delivered by a variety of courier and postal services. If you would like to check on the progress of your order, please contact us for support.

 

Can I change my delivery address?

When placing an order, you can select the ‘Deliver to the same address’ checkbox to have your delivery made to your registered address or select ‘Add new delivery address’ and complete the requested information for an alternative delivery address.

 

What should I do if some of my order is missing or incorrect?

If your order hasn't been delivered, parts of it are missing or you have received an incorrect product, please inform us as soon as possible and within 3 days of your delivery.
